Some shared folders might need administrator approval to be converted to team folders. Until they are approved, those folders are considered ineligible for conversion: they cannot be selected, no banner message is shown, and the Save button is disabled.
Each ineligible folder has a tooltip icon displayed in its table row. When you hover anywhere within the row, or when you hover over the tooltip icon, the tooltip shows why the shared folder is ineligible for conversion and tells you to navigate to the User Portal for conversion. Reasons for ineligibility include:
- Folder size too large
- Pending conversion request exists for folder
