If you want to stop using HCP Anywhere desktop application, you can disconnect your computer from the HCP Anywhere system by deregistering your computer.
You can deregister your desktop application in the HCP Anywhere website. For instructions on doing this, see temp_id__xqx_1.html.
Note
If one of your devices is lost or stolen and you can't access the
User Portal to deregister it, ask your
HCP Anywhere administrator to deregister the device for you.
If the application on one of your devices is inactive for too long, the HCP Anywhere system automatically deregisters the device. This limit is configured by your company.
